Terms of Service — SLM Link

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, registering or using SLM Link ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

SLM Link is a CPaaS platform that allows you to manage messaging for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Threads from a unified interface, connect accounts via OAuth, send/receive messages, publish on social networks, manage templates and campaigns, and integrate via REST API.

3. Registration and accounts

You must provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential (password, API keys, secrets). Notify any unauthorized use to [info@slm.cloud](mailto:info@slm.cloud). An account represents an organization with multiple users and roles.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to: comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta Platforms Policies; obtain opt-in from recipients before sending messages; not send spam; not use the platform for illegal activities; not access data from other tenants; not reverse engineer the platform; not exceed rate limits; comply with the LFPDPPP and applicable regulations.

5. API and access keys

API keys (pk_live_, tk_live_) and secrets are confidential. You must not share or expose them. SLM is not responsible for credentials compromised due to user negligence. We reserve the right to revoke compromised credentials.

6. Integration with Meta

We use Meta Platforms APIs. By connecting your accounts, you authorize SLM Link to access and manage your data on those platforms. SLM Link does not control Meta's policies. You may disconnect your accounts at any time.

7. Intellectual property

SLM Link is owned by SLM Sistemas. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Plans and billing

We offer Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans. Failure to pay may result in suspension. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

9. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% availability with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by Meta or force majeure.

10. Limitation of liability

SLM Link is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability: amount paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by users.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for violation of these terms. You may cancel by contacting [info@slm.cloud](mailto:info@slm.cloud). Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SLM against claims arising from your use in violation of these terms, content transmitted, or violation of laws.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Jurisdiction: courts of Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.

14. Modifications

Changes are published on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
